Server Assistant

Duties Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Support food preparation and delivery by ensuring timely setup of tables and assisting with food handling when needed Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen stations, and service areas in accordance with food safety standards Help with stocking supplies, utensils, napkins, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow Communicate effectively with team members using clear and professional language to coordinate service activities Support guest services by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs or inquiries Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Experience with serving, bussing, or kitchen support roles is a plus; banquet experience is beneficial Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for guest service are essential for success in this role Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by supporting our talented team!
