Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours through excellent time management skills. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes. Excellent communication skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate cashiering and math calculations.
