Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, showcasing knowledge of food preparation and ingredients. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to enhance the overall guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Handle cash and process payments accurately while adhering to basic math skills for transactions. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent guest services skills, with a focus on creating positive guest relations. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and fine dining etiquette is preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
