Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including open and close procedures with POS systems like OpenTable Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Proven ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through exceptional customer service Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or related hospitality positions is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
