Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Support team members with host/hostess duties or other restaurant operations during busy periods Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Upselling techniques to promote menu items confidently and increase sales revenue Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety regulations, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry or nightlife venues is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
