Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance guest satisfaction Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent guest relations and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and managing guest inquiries to provide seamless service experiences Experience Prior restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, serving techniques, and basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes Previous host/hostess experience or serving background is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for delivering memorable guest experiences is essential Embrace this opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where your energy makes a difference!
