Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours. Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly valued. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within restaurant or culinary settings. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
