Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using our POS system (skytab) ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and assisting with sanitation and food handling protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure guest satisfaction in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs Skills Proficiency with POS systems for seamless order processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Previous experience in food service, restaurant environments, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management in a fast-paced setting Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and engaging guests confidently Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
