Nights and Weekends a must! Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Banquet Server, where your enthusiasm and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service at events, ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to flawless event execution. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the event Set up banquet areas according to event specifications, including table arrangements and food stations Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness during service Assist with food handling, preparation, and replenishment as needed to support kitchen staff Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times Collaborate with catering and event staff to deliver seamless guest experiences and handle special requests with professionalism Experience Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Demonstrated ability in guest services or hospitality roles, with a focus on customer relations and guest satisfaction Familiarity with banquet or food service operations is a plus; experience in bussing or food handling is beneficial Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest interactions Experience working in hotel or large-scale event environments is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes every event extraordinary!
