Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast to ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
