We are currently hiring for seasonal and year round employment. Applications are on site at the Taphaus location. Responsibilities Enthusiastically perform your role to represent our brand with a tourist demographic that has yet to experience what we have to offer. Engage guests with passionate knowledge of our beer selection and the dynamic menu we will be offering to highlight that draft offering. Take full advantage of the ability to impact guests in a positive way and exceed their expectations through accurate service and personalized hospitality. Approach your shift with a team-based focus of communication, problem solving and working towards shared goals of success. Work in a time sensitive manner knowing that speed and efficiency benefit the guest experience. Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in accordance with management and guest expectations Enthusiastically accept the daily challenge to maximize guest satisfaction. Communicate to colleagues and management as needed to ask for help and get the support needed to stay successful. Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Seamlessly communicate guest needs to the kitchen team through accurate ordering to assure an efficient back of house operation. Uphold restaurant standards for guest relations, culinary presentation, and overall service quality. Qualifications An enthusiastic approach to knew challenges Strong willingness to execute customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments effectively.
