Server/Waiter

Country Cook'n At The Lakeside in Gilford, New Hampshire is hiring! We are a family-owned restaurant with over 35+ years of service. Open 7:00am - 8:00pm for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, honest, positive, "quick on their feet" and willing to be a part of a TEAM. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to chat. The ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality professional service that will help our restaurant maintain and attract customers. We put our employees first and strive to make them happy.

Responsibilities:

Manage 8-10 tables and 3-4 counter seats once fully trained Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service to all customers Support fellow team members and foster a positive, team-first environment Accurately input customer orders into the Toast POS system Process payments (cash, credit, and gift cards) correctly and efficiently Serve safe, high-quality food in a fast-paced setting Maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations, beverage areas, and dining spaces

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of age Prior serving experience required Must be able to reliably commute to and from work Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service times •If you are interested in speaking with us about the possibility of a position, please apply!
