Seasonal Food Runner Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Food Runners to join our dynamic team during our busy peak season. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and smooth service by supporting our team in delivering food orders promptly and accurately to our guests. This role is from May-September only.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist servers in delivering food orders from the kitchen to the dining areas with accuracy and speed. Ensure that guests receive prompt and attentive service. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to accommodate new guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Address any guest concerns or inquiries in a professional and polite manner. Assist in restocking inventory and supplies for service stations as needed. Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Flexibility with work schedules, including availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 pounds for extended periods. A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach to service.
