Job Summary:

As a member of our wait staff, you will be the face of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing tables, greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, making thoughtful recommendations, delivering orders in a timely manner, and processing payments. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, work well in a fast-paced environment, and thrive as part of a team.•

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items and specials Make recommendations based on customer preferences Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Deliver food and beverages efficiently and correctly Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues Clear and reset tables between guests Process payments and handle cash or card transactions Follow all health and safety regulations Work collaboratively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff•

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Must be available to work days, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of POS systems is a plus Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)•
