Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage reservations through OpenTable or similar platforms, ensuring smooth seating flow Uphold food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures at all times Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service delivery in a fine dining or nightclub setting Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or cashiering roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to handle cash accurately, perform basic math calculations quickly, and manage transactions efficiently Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions; attention to detail is essential Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel valued!
