Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately process orders using the Aloha POS system for efficient service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Uphold health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu offerings is a plus. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
