Join Atlantic City's Newest Fine Dining Tradition Dougherty's Steakhouse & Raw Bar is a venture from one of Atlantic City's most historic restaurant families. For over 120 years, the Dougherty name has been synonymous with exceptional hospitality, quality, and fine dining. The legacy began in 1897 when Harry "Dock" Dougherty opened Dock's Oyster House with a commitment to outstanding food and service. Four generations later, that same commitment continues through iconic establishments including Dock's Oyster House, Knife & Fork Inn, Linwood Country Club, and now Dougherty's Steakhouse & Raw Bar. Located inside the historic Resorts Hotel & Casino, Dougherty's Steakhouse combines premium steaks and chops, an expansive raw bar, and a carefully curated wine program to create a truly elevated dining experience. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Steakhouse Server who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a high-end, guest-focused environment. What You'll Do Deliver polished, attentive, and professional fine dining service Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of menu offerings, premium steak cuts, cooking temperatures, seafood selections, and wine pairings Guide guests through a memorable multi-course dining experience Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations Execute flawless table service while maintaining attention to detail Upsell wine, cocktails, appetizers, premium cuts, desserts, and specialty offerings Collaborate with management, kitchen staff, bartenders, and support team members to ensure seamless service Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 3 years of fine dining serving experience Strong knowledge of steakhouse service, wine, and upscale dining standards Proven ability to sell and enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional appearance and demeanor Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
