Description 3 WEST is an American restaurant with an open kitchen and wine cellar located in the heart of Basking Ridge! Our menu includes new American cuisine with a southern twist offering house specialties and seasonal ingredients. The environment is lively, fun and everyone ALWAYS wears a smile! Our ideal server will instill the Harvest way by always going above and beyond to satisfy our customers and create a dining experience like no other. Our locations take pride in exceeding our customers' expectations from the moment they walk in our doors and every member of the Harvest family partakes in this. We are currently seeking experienced servers to join our team. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated servers who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. General Server Priorities and Responsibilities To exceed our guests' exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service. To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment. To properly execute all necessary steps of service. Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times. Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus. Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees. To respond positively to guests requests. Paid Sick Leave Requirements Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills. Display a confident and professional appearance. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. High school diploma preferred. Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude. Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
