Duties Retrieve prepared dishes from the kitchen swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Deliver food orders to tables or designated areas with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Assist with food plating, garnishing, and quality checks to uphold high standards of presentation. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status, special requests, or modifications. Support servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, contributing to a lively and energetic atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency but is not mandatory; training will be provided. Experience with food preparation, plating, or culinary tasks is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest service. Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in banquet service, hotel hospitality, or catering environments is advantageous.
