Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and professionalism Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to uphold health regulations and safety standards Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and support host/hostess duties to ensure smooth restaurant flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus for better coordination with kitchen staff Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
