Food Runner

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of food orders to customers and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
• Assist in setting up banquet events and ensuring timely service
• Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth delivery of orders
• Handle food with care to maintain presentation and quality
• Operate POS systems to process orders and payments

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or food handling is preferred
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and assist where needed
• Basic understanding of food safety guidelines
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent service
