In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding service to guests during banquets, conferences, weddings, and special occasions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure each event runs smoothly, leaving guests delighted and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to event specifications Ensure tables are clean, well-organized, and properly set before and after service Respond efficiently to guest requests, questions, or concerns with a positive attitude Collaborate with the catering team to coordinate service flow during events Clear tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a tidy dining area throughout the event Assist in setting up banquet spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor as needed Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills to coordinate seamlessly with colleagues and event staff Flexibility to adapt to varying event sizes and service styles Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques Energetic attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm transforms ordinary events into extraordinary moments.
