In this role, you will be the face of our guest experience — welcoming players to their simulator bays, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring every visit is memorable. If you love sports, hospitality, and creating a great atmosphere, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet and seat guests within one minute, introducing yourself with a smile and noting any food allergies before taking orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests in assigned simulator bays throughout their visit. Present menus, make food and beverage recommendations, and upsell specials and premium offerings. Accurately record and enter orders into the POS system immediately after receipt. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with TruGolf Links drink recipes and standards. Deliver food orders to guests in bays and dining areas in a timely, professional manner. Accept guest payment, process credit card transactions, and make change as needed. Clear, clean, and reset bay areas and tables between guest visits to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain all bay areas including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage in clean, organized condition. Assist with beer, wine, and liquor inventory restocking and replenishment as assigned. Monitor cold storage equipment to ensure temperatures remain at 41°F or below. Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly to management. Build relationships with regulars — learn names and create a welcoming, personalized experience. Complete all assigned side work and ensure the dining and bay areas are properly set up before, during, and after shift. Fill in where needed to ensure smooth, efficient operations as directed by management. Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry preferred. Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common cocktail recipes. Current Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Alcohol Server Permit/License required if mandated by local or state regulations. Ability to operate POS systems, cash registers, and follow cash handling procedures. Basic math skills for calculating tabs, change, and order totals. Excellent communication skills — active listening and repeating orders back to confirm accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to stay composed during high-volume periods. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as required during the shift.
