Responsible for Supplying Food to Buffet Stations Key Responsibilities Report directly to Supervisors Welcome and greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional attitude Deliver food from the kitchen to buffet stations or skyboxes using gueridon trolleys Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance at all times Foster a courteous, friendly, and team-oriented work environment Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth service Keep trays clean and presentation-ready Develop and maintain knowledge of all menu items Carefully check all orders and communicate with waitstaff regarding unusual requests or discrepancies Ensure all kitchen orders are complete, properly organized by area, and ready for pickup Confirm serving utensils are available, clean, and polished at buffet stations Monitor buffet stations to ensure all food items are fully stocked and promptly communicate any shortages or issues to waitstaff and kitchen staff Maintain excellent grooming standards and wear the approved uniform at all times Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of food service experience, preferably in fine dining, gastronomic restaurants, or high-standard events Strong understanding of guest service principles and commitment to exceptional customer experiences Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Clear English communication skills Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues Thorough knowledge of food hygiene standards and HACCP procedures Ability to complete assigned tasks independently Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
