WAITER / SERVER

Responsible for Food Service and Table Clearing Key Responsibilities Report directly to Supervisors Welcome and greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional attitude Inspect tables to ensure cleanliness and proper setup before seating guests Present menus, answer guest questions, and make recommendations Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests as needed Follow established food handling and service standards Coordinate with bartenders to fulfill beverage orders efficiently Ensure all food and beverage orders are complete, accurate, and presented professionally Monitor pantry and food station supplies, ensuring food runners replenish as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance at all times Foster a courteous, friendly, and professional service environment Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly Ensure serving utensils are always available, clean, and polished at buffet stations Support supervisors and communicate service updates effectively Clean and maintain all service equipment Set up, restock, and prepare service areas for the next day Qualifications 1-3 years of service experience in fine dining, gastronomic restaurants, or high-standard events Strong understanding of guest service principles and hospitality standards Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Clear English communication skills Professional, friendly, and courteous presentation Thorough knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to work independently, manage multiple tables, and complete assigned tasks autonomously Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
