Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth service flow Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and maximize seating capacity Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that supports both fine dining and nightclub environments Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or host/hostess roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is preferred but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
