Server Istanbul Bay Premium Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Server to join our team at Istanbul Bay Premium Restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas Work collaboratively with team members, including kitchen and bar staff Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism Process payments and issue receipts accurately

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
