Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take orders accurately using Chowbus POS systems. Assist in food preparation and ensure all dishes meet our quality standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling practices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen. Buss tables and assist with setting up and clearing dining areas as needed. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Skills Previous experience in the food service industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with Chowbus POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail math applications. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience in bussing, serving, or cashiering within a restaurant or café setting is beneficial.
