As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu, and efficient handling of orders and payments. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality. This role offers a dynamic environment where your skills in customer service, food handling, and sales will shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately with cash handling skills, and provide correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food preparation when needed Support opening and closing duties such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas according to health regulations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Proven ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality guest service Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Join our team if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your serving skills, and committed to creating memorable dining experiences.
