You'll handle food and beverage service with precision, operate POS systems efficiently, and support the overall flow of the restaurant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a lively, upscale environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately using POS terminals Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service during busy hours Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS experience. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods; multitasking skills are essential Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is key Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit extraordinary.
