Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Support team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and providing guest relations to foster a positive dining experience Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Experience in culinary settings or kitchen environments is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Host/hostess experience or background in guest services will be advantageous Join us where hospitality meets energy!
