Join the Team at Burger Bistro We're looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our servers are more than order takers—they are ambassadors of our brand, creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love making people feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience. Develop a thorough knowledge of our food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus. Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Accurately take and enter guest orders using our POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently. Work closely with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to provide seamless service. Maintain a clean and organized dining room, service stations, and side work. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Qualifications Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred, but we're willing to train motivated hospitality professionals. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds. Must meet all New Jersey age requirements for serving alcohol.
