Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests
• Handle cash and process payments using our POS system (Aloha POS)
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and promotions
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to help and communicate effectively
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
