As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from greeting to goodbye. Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and professionally Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a clean, organized dining area Know the menu thoroughly and confidently answer questions about ingredients and preparation Manage tables effectively to ensure smooth pacing and timely service Use strong sales skills to upsell and cross-sell in a natural, guest-focused way Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with restaurant policies and health regulations Support the team as needed (hosts/hostesses, bussers, food runners, kitchen) Communicate with management to resolve issues quickly and maintain a positive work environment Meet and exceed sales goals through great communication and guest-first service Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting is essential POS and cash-handling experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina: standing for long periods, carrying trays, and moving throughout the dining room Key Skills Proven hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems (plus) Strong sales, cash handling, and POS skills Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
