Job Description

Dazzle residents, family members, and guests with engaging conversation to create an exceptional dining experience! Display a warm, welcoming demeanor while delivering healthy and delicious meals. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant/resort style dining environment. You'll build relationships with residents and enjoy coming to work but you'll also get to enjoy the work-life balance that you won't find working in a restaurant! Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and proper use of equipment, including dishwashing machinery and personal protective gear Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils while ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and chemical dispensers are functioning correctly Support both kitchen and dining operations by removing trash, clearing soiled dishes, and transporting items efficiently between dining and dishwashing areas Provide friendly and attentive service to residents by taking orders, learning names and preferences, accommodating dietary needs, and responding promptly to requests Set up and maintain dining areas by ensuring all service items (silverware, napkins, menus, condiments) are clean, stocked, and ready for use Follow proper food handling practices and assist with the preparation and service of beverages, salads, desserts, snacks, and condiments Clean and sanitize dining rooms, kitchen areas, serving stations, and menus to maintain a high standard of cleanliness Track resident attendance during meals and complete required documentation accurately Assist with special events and participate in all required training sessions and in-service programs Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, and perform additional duties as assigned What can our community offer you?
