Full Job Description Server Job Summary:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations

Skills:

• Experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
• Strong math skills for processing payments and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe handling practices
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
