Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic , Food Runner, and Host to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. You will assist in delivering food efficiently, managing guest interactions, and supporting the overall flow of service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and customer service, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to create a welcoming atmosphere. Assist servers by delivering food promptly and accurately to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met. Support the kitchen team with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, maintaining food safety standards. Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting spaces for new guests. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments smoothly. Help coordinate banquet or large group events by managing guest seating and service flow. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and basic food preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous.
