Job Description
Join the MENSHO Jersey City team as a Host + Server. You will welcome guests, support the floor, and help deliver the warm, precise hospitality our Michelin-recognized brand is known for.
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
- Hourly range: $23
- 25/hour plus tips (we do not take a tip credit — your full hourly rate is in addition to tips)
- Participation in our house tip pool
- Full-time team members are eligible for our store profit-sharing pool
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong hospitality personality and guest-facing communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive service attitude required
- Prior Japanese dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to assist both hosting and floor service operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- Additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are a plus
- Weekend and evening availability required

EMPLOYMENT TERMS
