Job Description
About the role We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable server to join our front-of-house team. You will be an ambassador of our dining experience — guiding guests through seasonal menus, curated wine pairings, and personalized hospitality that exceeds expectation at every turn. Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional, attentive dining experience from arrival to farewell Present and articulate menus with confidence, including daily specials and chef's tasting options Guide guests through our wine and beverage program with informed recommendations Maintain thorough knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier staff to ensure seamless service execution Uphold table setup, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift Handle guest feedback and requests with grace and professionalism Qualifications Minimum 2 years of server experience in a fine dining or upscale environment Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine fundamentals Exceptional communication skills and a genuine warmth for hospitality Ability to remain composed and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced setting TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
