Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Serve food and drinks professionally, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including basic math calculations Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food industry background, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; experience with cashiering is advantageous Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating extraordinary dining experiences where your enthusiasm meets our commitment to excellence!
