Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and bring your passion for exceptional food and guest service to life! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Square POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities and guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of food service procedures, including food preparation, serving techniques, and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and guest engagement to enhance revenue opportunities Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe dining environment Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
