Job Description
Salt Steakhouse Group is hiring Food Runners for our restaurants!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with banquet and event setup as required
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong guest service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
