Overview Join our dynamic team as a Waiter and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set an inviting tone for their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of guest preferences Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest needs proactively by checking in regularly, handling requests promptly, and resolving any issues with professionalism Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pristine environment Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations through OpenTable or similar platforms Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent guest relations abilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and performing simple calculations Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues Join us to deliver memorable moments for our guests while advancing your career in the vibrant world of hospitality.
