Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner and become the vital link that ensures our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience! In this energetic role, you will be the first to deliver delicious dishes from the kitchen to our valued guests, maintaining high standards of food presentation, safety, and hospitality. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for every guest, support our culinary team, and elevate the overall atmosphere of our restaurant. This position is TIPS only, split with the wait staff; it is not an hourly wage Responsibilities Deliver prepared food items promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to presentation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing dishes before they leave the kitchen. Support the serving staff by bussing tables, clearing plates, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning service stations and assisting with general restaurant upkeep. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to provide excellent guest relations. Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food handling regulations is advantageous. Prior experience as a busser, host/hostess, or delivery driver can enhance your candidacy.
