Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations for new guests Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in guest interactions Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver memorable dining experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively restaurant atmosphere!
