We're gathering a team of kind, curious, and creative people who want to show up with heart and excellence, night after night. The Role As a Server at Sam's Table, you are the experience. You'll guide guests through their evening with confidence, joy, and a generosity of spirit. You'll collaborate with our kitchen, align with your team, and bring your full self to every service. Most of all, you'll help us turn a simple night out into a moment someone remembers forever. Your Mission
- Greet every guest with warmth and authenticity — not because you have to, but because you want to.
- Anticipate needs before they're spoken. Exceed expectations not with grand gestures, but with thoughtful details.
- Create connection. Learn names. Celebrate birthdays. Remember their favorite wine from last time — and pour it before they even ask.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, leadership, and fellow team members to create seamless, gracious service.
- Know the story behind the food. Understand every dish, every ingredient, and what inspired it — so you can tell it with heart.
- Keep menus accurate and updated, and ensure the dining room is polished to welcome guests like it's opening night every night. What You Bring
