Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with basic food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized dining area that adheres to health regulations and food industry standards Requirements Prior restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across multiple tables Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Experience in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Previous host/hostess experience or serving background is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
