We believe great food brings people together, but even more importantly, we believe in creating genuine relationships with our guests. When you work here, you're not just another employee, you're treated like family. About the Position We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing server to join our team. This is a true people-person job. Personality and customer service come first. We can teach you the menu, but we can't teach someone how to genuinely enjoy making people smile and creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you love talking to people, building relationships with customers, and working in a warm, family atmosphere, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest Take food orders accurately and efficiently Develop relationships with regular customers and make new guests feel at home Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Assist in keeping the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly Learn our Italian menu and make recommendations to guests What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Dependable and professional Previous serving experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter most Compensation This position is compensated through tips. All tips are yours. The restaurant does not take any portion of your tips. Your earnings can vary depending on shifts and volume, but our servers are compensated well and have the opportunity to earn excellent income. Why Work With Us?
