Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and restaurant sanitation guidelines Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is recommended but not necessary Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques is a responsibility of this role so be willing to learn it from day 1. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for order calculations, check splitting, and cash handling Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
