Job Description
Overview Busser / Food Runner We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Busser / Food Runner to join the our team. This is a dual-role position that plays a key part in delivering a smooth, efficient, and elevated guest experience. In this role, you will support both the front-of-house team and kitchen by ensuring tables are properly maintained, food is delivered promptly and accurately, and the dining room remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain a polished and welcoming dining room Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately, efficiently, and with proper table knowledge Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and organized service flow Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas in accordance with health and safety standards Support setup, breakdown, and cleanup for events or private dining functions as needed Ensure food is delivered with care, attention to presentation, and correct table numbers Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to accurately run food and learn menu items and table numbers quickly Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Prior experience as a busser, food runner, or server assistant is a plus Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow with the team
